'Upgrade' versions

Hi

I’ve got CorelDRAW Graphics Suite 9 and I’m looking to upgrade to version 12.
The thing is, ive lost my card thinger that had my serial number on it which came with version 9… ive still got everything ELSE, just not the serial (corelDRAW never asks for a valid serial). its all legal and everything… just… am i eligible for an UPGRADE VERSION?

i need to know.

If you registered the software when you bought the earlier version then Corel will know about you and should then be able to validate your claim for an upgrade.

If you didn’t register, I think it could be quite difficult to prove your claim for upgrade pricing.

I don’t use CorelDraw (not ever in fact) but most software has the input licence number either displayed on the splash on start-up - like adobe photoshop or somewhere tucked under the help item on the menu bar of the app. Worth having a look anyways.

hang on… yeah, i think i did register it many years ago. so corel should have a record, eh? good. ill contact them :slight_smile:

usually with upgrade software… when you install it just asks for an exe file…
