Hi everyone
I need an upload form created by saturday. It’s a short deadline, so just PM me your bid. The deadline on this is definite.
- Check out the screenshot. The form should insert the fields into a record and upload the file.
- We’d also like a record list with edit and delete functions.
- The form does not need the reset button.
The database is already setup and populated with about 10 records. I’ll give you the appropriate info. The form below is what we’re using now, but the files don’t always make it to the server for whatever reason. We’re just trying to get this piece solidified.
