Upload Vector (AI file, TIFF or EPS) and Manipulate using AS3

Hi are there any libraries / api’s that allow you to upload vector files such as: AI file, TIFF or EPS and Manipulate using AS3.

Operations such as changing colors, measurements etc.

Any help is appreciated!
