Hey there everyone,
Im on my way on making a preloader with a % right… and everything is running smoothly… Anyways, this piece of text comes along in the tutorial:
“Click on the graphics layer, and draw a text box in the center of the stage. In the ‘Text Options’ panel, select ‘Dynamic Text’ and type ‘progress’ as the name for the variable”
Now this text box is going to display all my variables (% loaded)… however when i test it, it doesnt display. The reason being is because i CANT find the ‘text field’ button… I click on the “text tool” button, and im suppose to click another button that has “ab|” on it. But i cant find it… and that is the button i need to make this work… lol… funny how the most smallest problems becomes the biggest… haha can someone PLEASE tell me where i can find it.
