When using a special font in flash, for example a pixel font.
When exporting my movie, will people see the same font as i used or will it be replaced by a system font?
I have a preloader and instead of the common “arial” font I replaced by “silkcreen” pixel font for the dynamic field of my preload. I dont want to use any image for the preload but just coding.

you need to embed the font so any user will see it …
select your dynamic text … look at the properties panel [Ctrl + F3] and click on a little button that says ‘character’ … select ‘all characters’ … that’s it
I think that Flash will automatically embed fonts into your movie when you publish it, so any ‘unusual’ ones you use should appear on everyone’s PC. To use the fonts of the computer that he movie is being played on, you can check the box in the properties panal that says Use Device Fonts.
So you don’t have to change anything. The font will be included in the movie. Just remember that this will add a bit to your file size.
