Ok.
So I followed everything in this article.

I even downloaded the sample files and loaded the .fla file, published it.
In my directory I have newwindow.html, newwindow.swf files.
I click on newwindow.swf to test this out.
When I click on Kirupa’s name, it opens a new browser with “No Page to Display” at title of the window.
Also, in the address bar, it says …
javascript:Launch(‘http://www.kirupa.com/kirupa.htm’)
What am I doing wrong? If someone can explain what files need to be in what directory, I’d appreciate it. Does this not work in CS3???
I thought this would be an IE security setting so I set everything to low and it still fails.
I’d appreciate some help with this mundane issue. I’ve spent 8 hours on this issue and it’s very frustrating because it looks like a very common issue and everyone seems to eventually find a solution to this function in all the other forums.
