Hi
This is a quick AS question…I want to use variable names instead of values in an array. I’m loading in a cgi file then splitting it up into 6 values (year, month, day, hour, min, sec) I want to use those values in a…
//example
currentDate = new Date (2006, 5, 9, 18, 00, 00)
But as the date will be dynamic I want it to look something like:
var cgiThing=new loadVars();
cgiThing.onLoad=function(ok){
if(ok){
cgiMonth.text=unescape(this).split(":")[0]
cgiDay.text=unescape(this).split(":")[1]
cgiYear.text=unescape(this).split(":")[2]
cgiHour.text=unescape(this).split(":")[3]
cgiMin.text=unescape(this).split(":")[4]
cgiSec.text=unescape(this).split(":")[5]
}}
cgiThing.load("[http://www.sportinglife.com/datentime/datentime.cgi](http://www.sportinglife.com/datentime/datentime.cgi)")
currentDate = new Date();
currentDate = new Date(cgiYear, cgiMonth, cgiDay, cgiHour, cgiMin, cgiSec)
Can anyone help?
