[FONT="]Most important for this role is the combination of AS3 skills and affinity and understanding of Flash design. Together with the interactive designers you should be able to come up with top of the bill campaigns, that not only look great, but also work fluently. Timing is everything in this business, so working according to a tight schedule is also a big responsibility. [/FONT]

[FONT="]Your knowledge and skills concerning Action Script 3 and Flash are good; you are able to develop in Action Script 3 independently. Also knowledge of and experience with Adobe CS4 is essential. (Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash) Knowledge and / or experience with Flashbuilder and Eclipse is preferred but not essential.[COLOR=red][/COLOR][/FONT]
