Variable in Path/url? is that possible?

bgImage.[COLOR=#0066cc]loadMovie[/COLOR]COLOR=#66cc66[/COLOR];

I was wondering if in this path it would be possible to have the ‘‘1’’ set as a variable. I would simply like to create a folder with multiple images in it like 1.jpg 2.jpg etc… and have a button to have set the variable +1 to change the path.

Is that possible?
