I really need some help understanding how to use variables in a real world application. I find a lot of the tutorials on variables a bit too abstract and confusing for my simple brain.
I’m hoping variables are the answer to this problem…
My ‘Real World’ problem is as follows: I have been asked if I can create a ‘Try it yourself’ demonstration of a tool so the user could become familiar with how it functions.
An non interactive demonstration would also be available for the user to watch.
The ‘Try it yourself’ demo has to be able to track when the user has pressed the wrong button and then direct them to the appropriate section in the non-interactive demonstration so they can see how to do it correctly.
How do I track the users progress and identify where in the TIY section they have a problem then be able to re-direct them to the appropriate section in the auto demonstration?
I’m sorry this is such a long question but I couldn’t think of a shorter way of asking.
