I have a very interesting project that I’ll be Art Directing for Lonsdale/Satchi & Satchi(http://www.ethnonet.gold.ac.uk/illustrations/ch6illustrations/67Lonsdale/index.html)
Please forgive their website, the project is very mid to high end in presentation or else I would not be bidding for the job.
I am looking for an illustrator/animator that can produce visual work or a style like this - http://www.portfolios.com/about.html - The client is looking for this exact character design and the character must speak exactly like this lady in the link does.
The client has already presented roughs and a brief as to what the characters will look like and the project details. They are looking for 8 characters, female and male. All 8 characters will have to speak for about 45 seconds.

**How I work with sub-contractors/freelancers -
**I am very professional in my undertakings and expect nothing short of this from persons contacting me concerning potential work. I am at a very sensitive stage of expanding my personal name and do not have time for situations that will conflict with my level of professionalism and integrity that goes into each job. I treat people fairly and the way I would like to have myself treated and remembered.
This being said. I work with professional format invoices, proposals, estimates and contracts. Upon approving a freelancer and having a signed contract returned from them, I pay 50% of your estimate’s price upfront. I do not work with clients that offer to pay less than 50% for any job and hence do not expect to work with freelancers that are professionals and do not understand why they should recieve 50% upfront to start a project.
I value your time, ability and skill and do not want persons working for free. Theres plenty of food drives, volunteer and charity work for that.
