Very basic sql tutorial?

Well I’m using the WAMP thing on my computer (don’t exactly know what it is, as I’m new to php etc…). So anyways, does anyone have a basic tutorial on how to add stuff to a sql database, edit it etc. (basically all the basic stuff). Thanks
