Very cool online color scheme generator

Generates 9 complementary colors from a base color you set, and has the ability to export your colors to a Photoshop color table!

.

(hidden link, just to see if anyone is really interested…

Spiffy, but it typically does colors in the same region, theres really no accent colors in the mix. Still useful though

I like the one at www.behr.com

too cool!

BTW - Fireworks can use the same .act swatches as Photoshop,

thanks eyez

lost, does the behr site let you export a swatch ?

Rev

I don’t think so, since it’s for interior/exterior design and not web design :x

But it’s useful to snag a screenshot and use the eyedropper tool to get the color values :thumb:

yeah, I’ve done that in the past.

I’m actually using it for decorating my apt…

right now, I have 2 walls which are Acapulco Sky Blue, and 2 are Desert Sand…

I still haven’t decided on a color for the sand walls. I almost picked New Dawn (kind of a burnt yellow), but I chickened out…

I have a picture moulding 8’ up the wall, and then a 2’ cove, and an accent moulding inside that, so I have a lot of architecture going on already.

I’m going to leave the trim white…

enough of my color woes, back to the topic…

still way cool eyez

Very cool! I’ve added both to my favorites list.

Thanks for posting!

That behr site is nice, but I wish it had the features of the color.twysted.net site.

I prefer www.behr.com, however it’s all good

This is really nice - same for the behr site  This could help when creating new styles for the forums.
