I’m pretty sure it does not, but just in case, I want to be certain. As far as I know, it may contain trace parts of lead? Maybe?
I need to fix a set of small wires, and I’m a bit strapped for resources at the moment. 
Anyway, it’s easier just asking here than hunting down an electricians forum for such a silly issue.
