Just thought i’d start a thread discussing different and the best video flash implementation methods. Im working on a site that needs some video and im trying to work out a good median between quality and download speed.
Im gonna use flv files that are not streamed, but loaded like swf’s.
Im thinking to do 2 versions 1 for dialup and 1 for hispeed. The main problem is with compression. If i use any thing less that high dsl import setting the video looks crappy.
What a good size for the average DSL person. How long would a 3meg video take to download.
Just trying to see if anyone has video experience in here and if theyve found any good solutions. Thanks in advance
