I’m creating a flash movie and i’ll be using a quicktime movie in it. This will be put on a CD-Rom and I was wondering what would be the best compression settings for the video file to make it the least choppy and clearest looking. Here are the details of the video:

dimensions: 320 x 240
format: Quicktime
any suggestions?
