Okay I have a 20 sec animation that I did in lightwave. Rigt now it is exported as a quicktime file (.mov) and it is a whopping 25 megs!!! (for this reason I will not post it, dont want to torture you with long download time) I am going to do some post effects and sound in AE. My question is at what point should I compress the video? The end result will be used in flash and on the web. And does anyone know what tool I should use to compress it (recommendation)?
I think AE will compress (not sure). ANd I know flash will. But I want to maintain as much image integrity all the way till the end.
Any input greatly appreciated.
