This is driving me insane.
I’m running Vista on a decent machine, and whenever I make a new file, or delete a file from a Explorer view (this includes the desktop, save menus, open menus, etc), it has no effect until after I hit “Refresh” in the context menu.
What the heck?!
Is there any way to change this. I hope this was not intentional, and is simply a bug.
