How the heck do you start a new thread on the other forums??? This is the only page on Kirupa on which I see a “new thread” button or any other way to start a new thread. Can someone please help me with this stupid maddening problem??? I’d like to post a question about using Flash buttons in a Dreamweaver template.

Click on the name of any forum to get to that forum index, and you should see a New Thread link at the top and bottom of the page. Here’s the Flash 8 index, for example.
