Terry Cavanagh has just released his much anticipated indie game, “VVVVVV”. It’s a hard as balls retro styled platformer, and is the most fun i’ve had in ages in a game. It’s not long, took me maybe 3 hours to complete and get all the collectibles. However the level design is just fantastic, as is the music.
It does cost $15, which seemed pretty steep to me, but i don’t regret it one bit. Parts of it had me screaming at my monitor and giggling madly in frustration. Not many games can get me to that level whilst still being hugely fun.
