Hello, I have decided that the overall speed of a site I’m working on is not fast enough. I’d like to increase the pace, but have heard that increasing the frame rate will not really do much on most users’ computers as they most likely will choke on parts with heavy proc. usage anyway. I’m using 31 frames per second.
Anyway to fix this without higher frame rates? Or will a higher rate be fine and I just heard wrong. BTW, 45 FPS is giving me the desired speed on my computer. powerbook g4 1.33ghz.
