I’m just about to start on my website ready for a new version of it.
It’s looked the same for ages, and has had no content added.
I was wondering if it were possible to create a underwater kind of scene or feeling with Flash ?
The first page I was wanting some randomly loaded bubbles floating upwards to reveal the title of the site.
