Wat's wrong with the button?

Hi there. I would like to ask u all some questions. I had created a button, and i double clicked it, there’s ‘up’ ‘over’ ‘down’ and also ‘hit’ . At the ‘up’ there, i create another 2 buttons which will appear when mouse move over, however,when i’m done, and i tested it, why i can move over to the 2 appeared buttons when my mouse move over and they appeared?(i cant click them too) …anybody?what’s wrong?And yes…if i wrote a normal text over there,without changing it into button, it can be clicked. So? what’s wrong? i have no idea why the button inside root cant be clicked?
