Web page loads in blocks why

Why does this page load in block’s. What do i need to do to stop it loading like this. Im using DW

It’s just how pages load. Once something loads fully it gets stored in cache and displayed. Then when you go back to it, everything loads at once because it is pulled from your browser cache.

But why do most html sites load almost complete?

They don’t. If they do they either have very little images, or the images they do have are low file sizes (or both) and your browser and your modem are able to load it that quickly.

you can change how your images load to progressive. Where they look blurry and the come into focus. You do that in your photoeditor.
