hello all. im new to using flash and using this forum.
first what im trying to do is create a flash program that will
1)import images as they are being taken on a webcam every minute. (wich i can kinda make work)
2) have diffrent transformations be applied to the images related to diffrent button actions.
(these transformations can be anything that i can make work from simple alpha changes to complex pixel changes) any suggestions are welcome and will help!
3) i want the jpegs to all go to the stage and all be seperate “entities” in flash if that is possible. (then i could allow the users to do others things to these images.
i have been working at this for about 2 weeks now and have not gotten far.
i can have it load images in order from the file the webcam puts them in. but they appear sequentially. thats part of it but very little. im thinking making one swf. file take the pics from the folder. and another take that swf and take each image it opens and takes those pics to the stage ? or is that stupid? well anyways any help would be appreciated. thanks
