Nope… I don’t know what you mean.
Check out the Flash help files and samples, read the tutorials on the site (and other sites), search the forum, etc. I could help if you have any specific questions… 
how would i make like cool transitions to get to diff parts of the site and all sorts of stuff like that.
squirrelz… you have to start at the bottom and work your way up, there are no “Copy and paste this into your site for a cool transition!” type things… you just have to learn. There are effect examples, but you have to know enough to adapt them to your site. If you just started with flash and you want to make a website, I would suggest learning the basics of that first.
