Maybe we should have a “Random tip” section somewhere in the header which would remind the users of the rules and ongoing annoyances.
So that every time a user visits the page, he/she sees a different bit of info about the rules (reminding us to check out footer sizes for example) or perhaps about the ongoing events/annoyances like the “Animator vs Animation” movie flooding, or contests or whatever we think the users should be informed about.
Sorta like a notification board or something.
… or maybe not. Is this a ridiculously stupid idea or is there a chance that it would lessen the amount of post and footer reports a bit and keep the community informed about important issues? (-:
