EDIT: Ok but really, you could go to the Flash Forward Conference, you’d find some famous flash developers there.
My favorite is Hillman Curtis. Check out the New Masters of Flash books for other great designers 
It’s amazing how good the graphic Designers are on this website. And average age here is about 17!

I like his site, its amazing, but im not a member of his fan club lol;)
His books are really good. His first book was excellent. You may now find his first book a little bit outdated, for design has changed a lot in 3 or 4 years. His most recent book is really really really really good
