Hi all. I’m using Photoshop CS2 and I have a photo that I’m trying to manipulate. I want to make the woman’s hair to appear to be wet. Anyone know of a good tutor? I have a wet skin and water droplet tutor, but I don’t know how to do the hair. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
