What about more complex shapes?

hello,
I’m a swift 3D newbie (new to 3D all together) and having some issues. One is can more complex drawing be created in swift 3d such as a hand with slightly bent fingers? If so, How? Do I need to use other programs to do this? I really need this hand to be in 3d so I can rotate it.

I want to thank you Kirupa for your tutorials. There good and easy to follow, thanks. Keep up the good work. Do you know if there are any other sites with swift 3d tutorials… besides flashkit.com. The tutorials there leave a lot to be desired.

I think that you would need something like 3DSMax for that. It’s not something that swift does well. I think if you created each finger joint in the lathe, and then put each together yourself, on the stage, you might be able to do it, but this is not something that swift does well.
