I am having a website built and we have realized that we need a Chatroom. I thought that this would be an easy thing to do, however it seems its not so easy.
Cost seems to be on the high to very high side of things and not only this but it seems that only lease options are available, from one to two years!
The other problem is that along with the two year restrictions comes the additional problems of one license per site… this will ultimately effect us greatly as we have a lot of web domains that we want to get up and running and most of these will require a chatroom to have any sort of hold on the visiting traffic.
Ideally what we want is a chat code which will enable us to have a stable chat area on our site and one which can be used on other sites as and when we develop them, therefore not being restricted by a one site per use license.
Does anyone here know of any places where a good stable chatroom can be found to use on our new site development and one which once paid for we can use without having to pay every two years or having to buy a new license for every domain we launch???
