What happened to [as] [/as]?

Hey kirupa/mods/inside source :wink:
What happened to the nice AS-tags when the forums got upgraded to vb3 ?
I know they exists, but they arenā€™t formatting the code as they used toā€¦ Atleast not for me :frowning:

If itā€™s not too much trouble, couldnā€™t they be activated again?

From what I remember Kirupa saying, the guy who original did them is longer aroundā€¦so the AS tags wont ever react as they used to.

I donā€™t think, and this is totally what I got from Kirupaā€™s post, that he was a part of either, and no I donā€™t think it necessarilly meant he died.

edit: I remember seeing a beta on an AS-code colorer and formatter that senocular did. sen: any chance of implementin it into the kirupaForum ? :slight_smile:

Iā€™ve got no idea why. Kirupa may have removed it due to the incompatibility with the current version of vB. Let us wait for the :unibrow:

The AS tag feature was a 3rd party script created by someone who is not affiliated with either vbulletin or this forum. Their site has been down for several months, and the older version will not work with vB3 :cubs:
