Dropped out of the ABM treaty
Reduced funding for education

Called North Korea a country “in the axis of evil.” Then tries to bring in Russia and China into the conflict with DPRK, instead of even “recognizing” the government of North Korea and establishing diplomatic relations (how can you not recognize a government, and still ship them oil for 5 years?)
