Is there a way to prevent this? If you go here: http://mywebpages.comcast.net/jesler/PortfolioProject/ and try out the buttons they work okay. If you go over quickly then they will freeze where they are and when you scroll back from HTML they don’t fix themselves. Is there any way to fix this beside not putting it on an HTML page?
