ok… i want to create a game similar to one at orisinal.

i’m quite proficient in programming and AS, so i can safely say i understand huge chunks of code… but I need to know how and where do i start doing a game like this?
i kinda need to do this for a competition which is going to due soon so i dun think i have the time to go through all the fundamentals tutorials.
