Where to get active x control

hi

i need help using microsoft frontpage

i was reading this tutorial

and it told me to click on insert, advanced, active x control

but for some reason i havent got it in there and my cousin said its because i aint got it

can someone tell me where i wud get it from if i need to get it that is

i need to do this to get my navbar up and running on my wesite for sof2

I think you need to download the Flash Player or the Shockwave Player (or both?!) from the following URL: http://www.macromedia.com Once you have their players installed, that ActiveX control should become visible.

If you have those programs installed, go here and read my first post: http://www.kirupaforum.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=26090 Replace Windows Media Player in my post with Shockwave/Flash Object. That may solve your problem.
