Which book to buy?

which book for intermediate>advanced flasher?
Macromedia Flash MX 2004 ActionScript Bible?

or:

The Flash Anthology: Cool Effects and Practical ActionScript

I’m leaning towards these two books to help me become less dependant on others and learning on my own. Which book do you guys reccomend most?

Or do you reccomend just getting both?

I’m not sure… but I heard the Bible books weren’t that great.
