Why is Adobe Help Viewer opening?

This has been happening for a long time now, since cs2 and possibly even cs1 (i can’t remember) I’ve even seen it happen in the latest cs3.

The situation is; on occasions the Adobe Help Viewer loads when I’m working in Photoshop, I never knew why it was happening and in the past the help viewer was buggy and it use to bog down my working canvas waiting of the help viewer to fail with a error message. I realised now it was from double clicking in the colour mixer in the Colour Picker palette.

Why the color picker? why would you need a help window when you double click in the colour picker? I know you might be thinking then why don’t you stop double clicking… well i actually don’t double click but when I’m quickly selecting colour options in the palette the speed i click around sometimes simulates a double click and then this stupid help viewer opens. Is there a way to turn it off? or is there any reason why this is happening?
