Why is the text fuzzy on here even though I’m importing it?? I’m confus-ed. Additionally, any aesthetic ideas on how to improve the movie???

hahah well maybe this tutorial will help you out. Blurry text is a common problem with people around here, but don’t let it get to you. =)
But you see, that’s the problem. Much to your surprise, I’m sure, I’ve already read pretty much everything that has to do with un-aliasing text on this site.
The text in this movie is imported, so (obviously) it’s already dynamic… Which is basically what the tutorial says to do to make text un-aliased. HOWEVER, even though this text is being taken from a separate source

it’s still blurry. It’s blurry regardless of where I get the text from. I read somewhere that I was supposed to put it on a round number x/y coordinate, and I tried that, but it’s still as blurry as hell.
You should check my FLA files before you make assumptions! >:T
Additionally, on the subject of pixel fonts… I don’t want pixel fonts… I want arial, ****it! ARIALLLLL.

haha calm down there, don’t have a heart attack now. I went through your FLA and found the problem.
You embeded the font so that’s why it’s blurry. You’re using arial as dynamic text so there’s no need to embed it.
