As best I can tell, BBedit probably wins for “most popular” 
among text/HTML editors for the Mac crowd.
Can anyone suggest what might be the equivalent for Windows?
(in other words, what could be considered the “most popular” quasi bare-bones non WYSIWYG text editor for HTML/CSS used in design-development shops)
