In some unfulfilled quest to further enhance my coding and design skills in terms of photoshop, I want to find out where or how some designers get these new “wooden background” images from for the overall design of the website?

Same with the plants, I’ve seem quite a few designs using these kinds of design elements and style. Can anyone link me with some tutorials, resources or styles so I can jump on the bandwagon too?
