im trying to play a .mov on my flash website.
Then i found out I need the .mov to be in .swf so i can add in some action script.
I tried importing .mov to flash and the .swf became a whopping 16mb size (the .mov is only 6mb)
I tried sorenson squeeze and manage to drag down the .mov -> .swf to around 6mb but the quality sucks *** 
Can anyone show me some pointers the best method to make .mov -> .swf without losing much quality and keeping a decent file size?
