I have a long list of numbers that I want to get into flash 8 in an excel spreadsheet, so I saved it as an xml spreadsheet because I was told this was the best way to get them into flash.
However, excel puts in a bunch of attributes or properties for each data point, information about the rows and columns, and more stuff about excel at the top.
There is too much to go through and delete all the extra by hand. The xml file is attached if you want to see what I am talking about.

(2) a way to get the numbers into xml file without all the formatting information excel puts in
