Hello again, 'tis the Flash Newbie from Maine =)
Im having some trouble again. I followed the Flash5 tutorial for FlashMX on the “Ray of Light” effect.
I went to use my paintbucket to fill in the “O” section with a darkblue to black colour to be shown as a “Ray” if you will. Well, my paintbucket doesnt work. I dont know why, Ive tried everything, yet it just doesnt want to work. I attached a .fla file to where Im at right now, if you can get it to work, that paintbucket that is, with the beginning colour of Blue #000066 fading out to Black #000000 (I believe), please try and fill that in, and if you can, please finish the whole border for the letters and fill those in aswell? If someone can do this for me, thatd be awesome! Thank you, very much!
Good job man, it looks cool, but did you have to follow the tutorial exactly? Everything is the exact same. I compliment you on the success because I know how much time that one can take to build(I didnt even try to attempt it because of how much work there is) but maybe you should try to throw some of your own thoughts and whatnot into it. Just a thought
I am not trying to be rude, but I think that that is what every here will tell you in the future, and I have learned to listen to everything they say because they sure know a lot more than I do.
Oh yeah Buddy, I get yah man. But Im new to Flash, very new, like, a little over 2 weeks now or so. So I followed it exactly to get a feel on how to do stuff as advanced as this (in my case). I see where your coming from though
