I’ve been working on this site for my free-lance production company… and I just wanted to get your feedback/critique/suggestions.
I know it’s simple, but I needed something for now, and later I plan to maybe do a different layout and make it better. (Oh, and yeah, the portfolio page is not up yet, but the site is mostly done)

Does the flash video montage on the main page start playing right away at normal speed, or does it take time to load? And if so, how long?

On my computer it starts playing really sluggish until fully loaded, which takes too long. What should I do? I don’t want to add a pre-loader thing to it, so is my only other option exporting it at a lower quality?
