Zoom for my map

I tried to solve my problem but i dont have so much experience with this.

Please try to help me o give some other suggestion how can i create zoomable map with buttons inside the zoomable map.

I know there was an example of a pan zoom map that cam with flash 5, so if you search the macromedia site, it may be there sumewere
