Having past experience with good old 56Ks. I’ve been presented with a quandry. I need to produce video/animation/image presentation material, to other countries with potentially bad low internet connections.
The issue being I can’t really produce fancy media rich, technically challenging work, if the best I can muster is a anmated gif.
Any insight on webspeeds worldwide?
