19" 959NF…resolution ~1900x~1xxx@75
Is it bad for monitor if I keep this resolution on this monitor or should I use 1600x1200 when its 85Hz?

I prefer 85Hz always, anything below annoys my eyes, some people can’t see the difference though. Check your monitor refresh rate/size charts, every monitor has one, as long as you’re within range and don’t crank it (100Hz when your monitor doesn’t support it in 1600x1024, but then some monitors’ll warn you it’s out of range, some’ll just fry), you should be ok.
