One thing bothers me when I visited one site. I noticed that the sound is in a SEPARATE SWF, how did they do that?

most Flash sites built today are broken up into several swf’s in order to reduce load times.
Do a search in the box above for load movie, and you will see a bunch of tutorials to choose from.

ok, I’m not sure what are you talking about, but maybe about “loadMovie”:
loadMovieNum("movie.swf", 1);
movie.swf - your swf
