21 Grams

hello guys,

what’s up?

yesterday i was looking for good movie to watch, so i checked my local cinema website for the new movies and showing times,

“21 Grams” was in the list, then i checked www.imdb.com for the movie and i found out that the rating is really good it’s 8/10

the movie is really different style, the events were mixed togethere in intersting way. Also, i liked the idea they wanted to show us at the end

anybody watched it ?

elya :snug:

you know, i’ve been dying to see that flick. so it was good eh? ill have to check it out

oh no wonder it has an 8/10…it has Sean Penn in it. For some reason I don’t like this guy. He over-does it in some of his movies.

really thor? odd, he’s one of my favorite actors…

also Edward Norton, he’s in that flick right?

I love edward norton, since I rediscovered fight club.
And I heard 21 Grams was great. But yah, didn’t watch it.

21 Grams is great. If you like films on a higher level than the usual Hollywood no-brainers, you’ll enjoy it.

The mood is quite pessimistic and the story itself is hard (not that there’s blood everywhere, it’s not horror), so don’t go watch it if you’re looking for happy entertainment.

I hear ya there thor :thumb:

Too bad the goofy bastard still has a pulse. He went over to Iraq as a human shield. That would have been great if he took a cruise missle to the dome.

it was a good movie, i saw it back before Christmas I think. Benecio Del Torro played his part well too, a nice way to spend 2 hours

BEST… MOVIE… EVER…

No, not quite but best movie I’ve seen since Requiem for a Dream. It’s style is reminisent of The Usual Suspects a bit (even Life of David Gale if you want to go that far).

Personally, I’m a HUUUUGE fan of movies that make you think: i.e. Fight Club, Requiem for a Dream, Matrix, Se7en, etc. 21 Grams ranks with the best of them that make you think.

Oh, and fester… I’m a Bud Light guy :(.

21 Grams was a great movie! It is very memento like in the progression of the scenes, so it was not unique, but it was very well done nonetheless.

I also saw the director’s other movie “Los Amores Perros”, and that movie is excellent also. It’s in Spanish, but thank goodness for subtitles.

Cheers!

Thats My backup if there is no true liquid fun around :thumb:
